Yes. Convertlr is an official Meta Tech Provider built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). You connect your number through Meta's own Embedded Signup, with no unofficial workarounds that put your number at risk.
Yes. With Meta's Coexistence feature your number stays active in the WhatsApp Business app, and your existing contacts and chat history can be synced into Convertlr. Your number must have been active in the Business app for at least 7 days.
You choose its answering policy: answer only from your knowledge base, or combine your knowledge with general AI knowledge. If it can't find an answer it can say so or ask a follow-up question, and the question appears in your Knowledge Gaps list so you can add the answer.
Just reply. The AI automatically pauses on that conversation for a period you choose (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 24 hours or custom), whether you reply from Convertlr or from the WhatsApp Business app.
Broadcasts use WhatsApp-approved message templates and should only go to customers who have opted in to hear from you. Convertlr shows your number's health and messaging limits so you stay within WhatsApp's policies.
Plugins are add-ons you switch on from the Plugins page in your dashboard. The website chat widget, voice note transcription, AI auto-tagging, gender detection, field extraction and bulk tagging work on every plan, including Free (the AI plugins use AI credits).
