Can my WhatsApp AI agent give customers a discount?
Yes. When a customer asks about offers, the AI tells them which discounts are live, and once they've placed an order it applies the discount so the total drops. It only offers discounts you created and follows your rules, so it can't invent a deal.
Can I limit how many times a discount is used?
